I was foodgawking the other day and found a blog dedicated to bento-box recipes. I was completely intrigued so I went out and bought one of my own. I'm going to start making lunch for myself in an effort to eat healthier and save money.
I thought this one was super cool because it has removable compartments and came with its very own napkin.

KeepItFvncy,
M.E.
where did you buy it?
haha i wish i had the time and effort to make cute bento boxes BUT no. I did make lunch today and used the bento box tough...korean bbq, steam/buttered vegetables, and rice.
and i bought this bento from Mitsua in Costa Mesa, California. I'm sure you can buy them from any asian market.
i shall. thanks gal.
i'm way in to bento as well. so much so that i have hard boiled egg molds. so my eggs will be fucking cute to eat. i also have rice molds and the smallest soy sauce containers that are shaped like fish.
Thanks so much for the shoutout! I have the same box too; I got mine from a Korean mart. The separate compartments are awesome to keep the flavors apart.Welcome to bento -- hope to see yours on foodgawker too... :D
Oh wow, I just bought one of these last weekend when I was in Japan town in SF! Yours is super cute. I have yet to use mine but now I really want to try those recipes. Thanks so much for sharing!
