Umami Burger: Kombu #1

Spent a good portion of my afternoon romancing myself with a delicious burger, beer, and shoe-string fries.  For those of you who haven't stopped by an Umami and tasted one of their burgers, I wouldn't recommend it.  You'll never be happy with any other burger.  Nothing else will taste right.
