i've got a problem.

I've got a problem. I've collected EVERY magazine (and catalog) I've bought since middle school and its taking up way too much space. So for the next few days, I will be going through each and every page to scan photographs of what had inspired me at one point. When I'm all done, these babies are going into boxes and then straight to the library.

This obsession with storing every unnecessary thing ends today.

*theres a whole other shelf I forgot to photograph.

Oh no.. hoarding! It's ok I have a mess of magazines under my bed. I really should sort through mine also that or get back to collaging.

I had also this problem ( and i still have it in a way). I have collected magazines during years and they were standing, oacked, in my "magazone". I still have some. Once i decided to read them again, cut out the pictures or articles i wanted to keep and throw away the rest. That was hard... :P

I was a magazine collector/hoarder for so many years but it took up so much space in my bedroom, they had to go. It was so hard but when you actually think about it, what are you going to do with them? They just take up so much room! My bf would not let me take them when we get our own place anyways! I did the same as Madamoiselle Miam - rip the pages I wanted and cleared the rest out. Scanning the pages is a good idea though.

MAKE A STOOL! likethis http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2231/2428412805_709d3fbdc5_o.jpg

or you could do that with a few stacks of the same height and make a wider stool

I find this absolutely normal. I wish I was near the library that you're going to give it away to.
